Check to make sure your WiFi connection is strong, and that your camera and microphone are working properly. You should see a video of yourself to the right below, and if your microphone is working, green will appear in the top right of your video when you speak. Adjust the settings by clicking on the camera or microphone tab below.

Signal strength can vary greatly, even in a single sitting. If WIFI begins to disrupt the meeting, try:
Turning off your camera (Audio-only requires less WIFI strength)
Closing other windows or applications
Moving closer to your internet router
Smile :) You should see yourself in the video on the right, and when you speak, you should see a green meter in the top right of your video.
An echo is created when the audio of a person’s computer in your meeting is picked up by their microphone. To reduce an echo, we recommend that you ask other people in the meeting to lower their audio volume or to use headphones.
Screensharing on Chrome
To screen share, you’ll need to click Share Screen, choose the mode of screen sharing you’d like (Entire Screen, Application Window, or Chrome Tab), click the actual box which will activate the Share button, and click Share.
Screensharing on Firefox
To screen share, you’ll need to click Share Screen. At the top right of your screen, you’ll see a request for access. From the drop down menu, select the window or tab you’d like to share, or scroll to the bottom of the menu and select Entire Screen. Note that you will not be able to share a Chrome window from Firefox unless you choose Entire Screen.
If Wifi strength isn’t the problem and you’re still experiencing issues, there could be a couple different causes:
Another application is locked onto your camera. Please quit any applications that use your camera. If this doesn’t help OR you can’t find an application to quit, please restart your computer. This will make sure any lingering processes are shut off.
You are using an older device. Our platform is built with the latest video technology. Unfortunately, some older devices may experience issues supporting this new technology. We recommend computers/ tablets built from 2012 onward, and smartphones built from 2016 onward.
